Adecco Staffing is working with a leading advanced manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to hire Utility Operators. These positions support the production process by ensuring materials, products, and equipment flow efficiently throughout the facility. Position: Utility Operator

Shift Options / Pay:

2nd Shift
Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

3rd Shift
Monday - Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Weekend 2nd Shift
Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday
4:00 PM - 12:30 AM weekdays
12:30 PM - 12:30 AM weekends
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Weekend 3rd Shift
Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday
12:30 AM - 7:30 AM weekdays
12:30 AM - 12:30 PM weekends
Pay: $23.00 per hour

Job Duties:
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process
• Support production teams by ensuring machines and workstations remain supplied with materials
• Perform product handling, packaging, and movement between departments
• Monitor production processes and communicate concerns to team leads
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Assist with quality inspections and process checks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
