• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs, histories, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges and objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques, to promote positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights on client progress.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in social work and mental health through ongoing education and training.

Your clients will primarily include individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. You will engage with a diverse clientele, tailoring your approach to meet a variety of cultural, social, and personal needs—ensuring that each individual feels understood, valued, and empowered throughout their recovery process.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients authentically.
• Experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with diverse client populations.
• A commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.

• Two or more years of experience in a clinical social work role, ideally within a detox or rehabilitation setting.
• Proficiency in documenting casework using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with addiction treatment models and holistic care practices.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from:
