Job description

Job Title: E-Coat Machine Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Overtime: Fridays and Saturdays as production needs dictate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated E-Coat Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring the E-Coat production line, ensuring quality standards are met, performing routine machine adjustments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor E-Coat production equipment throughout the shift
  • Load and unload parts onto the production line
  • Inspect coated parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Perform routine machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency
  • Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality
  • Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to maintenance and supervision
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping around the work area
  • Follow production schedules while meeting daily output goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
