Job Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and tooling, including mold preparation, pre-production and production tooling & fixture fabrication.
  • Mold Tuning and Troubleshooting Molds
  • Perform overall maintenance for buildings, equipment, grounds, and machinery.
  • Work with subcontractors as directed.
  • Analyze maintenance failures for trends and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems
  • Pneumatic valve bank troubleshooting and repair
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair of 480V 3-phase motors and drives
  • Troubleshoot and repair 24V control wiring and components

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of maintenance experience required
  • Electrical Maintenance experience preferred
  • Able to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls/electrical schematics
  • Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Basic HMI knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Fanuc material handling robot experience a plus (not required)
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel & twist.
  • Skilled with Lathe, Mill, Surface Grinder
  • Strong math and blueprint reading skills. Tool & Die experience.
  • Experience with repair and maintenance of equipment, tooling & machinery
  • Must be able to use small hand tools
  • Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs., but only with assistance from other team members.
