Setup Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

PUNCH PRESS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Position Summary

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Setup Machine Operator for its 3rd Shift operation. This position is responsible for performing machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting on production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual looking to grow their career in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in machine setup in a manufacturing, production, or heavy equipment environment.
  • Previous machine setup, mechanical, maintenance, or equipment adjustment experience will be considered.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Must own basic hand and power tools.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform machine setups, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to support production schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in maintaining production and packaging equipment for optimal performance.
