Are you ready for our LAZ Parking 2026 FSU HIRING EVENT?

Come join the LAZ family - Make a Great First Impression!! We are looking to hire both Cashiers + Traffic Directors for our 2026 Florida State University home games, who can make a full-season commitment to work all 7 games in Tallahassee (see dates below).


Date: August 1st, 2026 (HIRING ON THE SPOT!!!)
Location: 296 Champions Way, 5th Floor Suite C5100 Tallahassee, FL 32302

Time: 11:00am 4:00pm EST

    What to Wear: Business Casual // No offensive visible tattoos. NO NECK OR FACE TATTOOS.

    What to Bring: Two Forms of ID (ex. DL + SSC)

    Instructions: The office is located within the Doak Campbell Stadium complex. As you approach the stadium, you'll go to Gate C. Please enter through the second set of doors on the left-hand side, then take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reserved parking is available directly in front of the office entrance.

    The Spirit of the Position:

    The Event Staff members are the front-line personnel responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all customers attending Tallahassee Game events.

    Principal Job Duties:

    • Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.
    • Understand the surroundings and event details to answer questions.
    • Accurately distribute tickets (proof of purchase) to each customer.
    • Expedite the traffic flow in a timely fashion.
    • Adhere to the dress code; Uniform polo tucked in, black professional pants or shorts, and comfortable sneakers in uniform colors.
    • Must be able to work outside in any weather condition (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) and be on your feet for extended periods.
    • Must be able to work the majority of the event season. Events are scheduled days, nights weekends, and some Holidays.
    • Follow all safety standards.
    • Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors.
    • Answer customer service questions concerning parking, answer general customer inquiries courteously, professionally, and effectively, and refer questions to the supervisor when applicable.
    • Will be expected to take direction from Managers, Supervisors, and emergency responders during emergencies.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Experience:

    • Strong customer service experience preferred.
    • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions is preferred.

    Skills:

    • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
    • Must be able to work unsupervised.
    • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
    • Must be able to work standing up/on feet for extended periods.

    Physical Demands:

    • Work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
    • Lift, push, and pull at least 15 pounds.
    • Stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
