Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$26 - 30/hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 11pm - 7:30am
Training will be on 1st Shift

What’s a typical day as Document Specialist? You’ll be:
• Reviewing, processing, and releasing quality-related documents using the EDMS system to ensure compliance with site procedures, reporting to a Quality Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinating the Periodic Review process to maintain documentation integrity.
• Maintaining and modifying related department procedures as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
• Generating and maintaining performance reports and related metrics to track documentation effectiveness.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma (required).
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience with documentation and/or change control systems.
• Possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. As well as ability to learn new computer software.
