Building strong relationships with carriers and clients also enables smoother problem resolution and continuous process improvement.

The Warehouse Manager ensures timely material availability to support uninterrupted production, maintains SAP transaction accuracy, and safeguards inventory integrity. • Ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to production to prevent downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee SAP transaction accuracy, including goods movements, inventory adjustments, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
  • Manage and develop warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with EHS to develop and implement a comprehensive workplace transport program (e.g., forklift operations, pedestrian safety, traffic flow).
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, quality, and production teams to align material flow, resolve issues, and support operational priorities.
  • Oversee relationships and performance with the 3PL provider, ensuring service-level expectations are met.
  • Monitor KPIs related to warehouse efficiency, accuracy, safety, and throughput; use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Inventory Control Specialist to improve processes within SAP, develop end-user training, implement system updates, and drive overall efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs and maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Support audits, inspections, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for developing and managing the departmental budget to ensure costs remain within planned annual targets, while also adjusting strategies as needed to reduce expenses during high-cost periods.
  • Other responsibilities as determined by the Director.
