About You

In one of our Logistics Planner roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Ensure material availability to meet the production schedule through effective planning, inventory control, and coordination with manufacturing.
  • Monitor and control production-related system activities, including order reporting, timely order closure, and cleanup of overdue orders.
  • Track and communicate key planning & logistics KPIs (production conformance, on-time delivery, others) and perform daily follow-up to maintain control of the production plan.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities such as BOM changes, engineering trials, and validation runs with planning, manufacturing, engineering, and other departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end flow of materials, including receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, spare parts, supplies, equipment, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient inventory control by monitoring consumption, reconciling system vs. physical inventory, ensuring SAP accuracy, and implementing best practices.
  • Lead inventory assurance processes, including cycle counts and discrepancy minimization, to guarantee material availability and accuracy.
  • Support warehouse efficiency by maintaining Kanban and FIFO systems, promoting organization, cleanliness, and best operational practices.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to monitor materials under inspection or hold status to ensure timely resolution and availability.
  • Support the development of the 18 month+ S&OP plan and ensure alignment between strategic planning and day-to-day execution across harvesting, processing, and fiber demand.
  • Support and develop short-term execution plans and detailed schedules, ensuring agility and efficiency in a constrained and variable FOAK environment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (R&D, Agg team, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, and Finance) to optimize end-to-end planning and materials flow.
  • Ensure accuracy and discipline in SAP planning, inventory transactions, and system data to support reliable operations and reporting.
  • Support development of new FOAK process from initial manual excel/basic SAP, into end state planning software and logistics operations.
  • Support the development and execution of physical logistics operations, including material handling and transportation, ensuring efficient end-to-end flow.
  • Empowered to own outcomes and drive excellence through collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared accountability in a High-Performance Work System.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of experience in planning or logistics operations.
  • Microsoft Excel (proficient).
  • Planning and Material Management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Support continual review and execution of Demo Milll S&OP and S&OE plans.
  • Ensure operations from field to warehouse are working to aligned plan with agile playbook in startup environment to deliver fiber and co-product requirements at optimum costs.
  • Support the day-to-day working program for the 3PL logistics team.
  • Ensure the achievement of goals that support Plant and Staff Distribution objectives.
  • Support mill initiatives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
  • Ability to adapt the organizational changes, build relationships, and make good use of available resources. Ability to confront problems and handle conflicts.
  • Ability to solve problems and set priorities, generating new ideas and improved ways of working while maintaining effective control. Demonstrated capability associated with the One Kimberly-Clark Behaviors.
  • Collaborate and support to achieve department objectives and exceed plant, external customer and corporate requirements.

  • Ensure the effective development and application of internal control systems/procedures, customer service policies and facility standard operating procedures in distribution.

  • Experience in receiving, warehousing, shipping, inventory control and planning processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Salary Range: 87,260 - 107,780 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
