As a Client Services Specialist, 3PL,you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our third-party logistics (3PL) clients. Working alongside an experienced Account Management team, you'll help coordinate day-to-day operations, support client requests, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure orders move efficiently from warehouse to customer.

This role offers hands-on exposure to transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain technology, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in logistics, operations, supply chain, customer success, or account management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships through responsive and professional communication
  • Provide timely updates regarding orders, inventory, shipping, fulfillment, and operational activities
  • Coordinate daily logistics activities across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and inventory management to ensure service commitments are met
  • Track orders, investigate delays or discrepancies, and proactively communicate solutions before issues impact the customer
  • Partner with Operations, Inventory, Transportation, Finance, Technology, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
  • Research and resolve client inquiries from initial investigation through resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Identify recurring operational issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review operational reports, KPIs, and service metrics to help monitor performance and identify trends
  • Communicate operational risks, inventory concerns, shipping delays, or service exceptions to internal teams and clients as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation across company systems
  • Learn and become proficient with company technologies, including CRM, WMS, SaaS platforms, and other logistics software
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve communication, efficiency, service quality, and internal processes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, order management, retail, administrative support, or account coordination
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, WMS, SaaS, or ticketing platforms
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and other business applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn logistics, warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and supply chain operations
