Our Tri-Cities branch services Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and nearby surrounding areas. We are currently looking for caregivers who have a personal vehicle/drive and have flexible availability! We are also looking for part-time weekend caregivers, full-time weekday caregivers, and a bilingual caregiver who is able to read and write fluent English and Spanish

Caregiver Job Duties 

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): 

  • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) 
  • Cooking and/or serving meals 
  • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom 
  • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies 
  • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments 
  • Monitoring and reporting on their condition 
    Current Needs 
  • Caregivers with heavy Care Experience Preferred - Such personal care (showering and Toileting), Heavy lifting and Cognitive Disorders 
  • At this time we are looking for caregiver  Hour range Mon- Friday, Mon- Weds Mon- Sun, Weekend only 8am - 12pm, 9 am - 4 pm, 10 am - 12 pm, 12pm - 4 pm 
    • Weekday shifts (examples, not limited to): 8a-12p, 9a-2p, 8a-4p, 10a-3p, 3p- 8pm,  9am-2:30pm
    • Weekend shifts (examples, not limited to): 10a-12p, 10a-3p, 9a-12p, 1p-3p, 3p-8pm
    • Weekend hours needed: 9am - 8 pm, 9am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 8 pm
  • Caregivers able to transport clients in their vehicle to appointments or grocery shopping + we reimburse mileage
  • Caregivers able to provide hands on personal care to clients - bathing, dressing, grooming.

Additional Information 

  • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! 
  • If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
  • Pay range is $17.75-$21.50/hr

Requirements 

  • 18 years+ 
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check 
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record 
  • Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
