Job description

Seeking a Registered Land Surveyor to lead and support a variety of land surveying projects across commercial, municipal, and infrastructure markets. This role is responsible for overseeing survey projects, ensuring technical accuracy, and contributing to project delivery from field data collection through final plats and client deliverables.


Qualifications

·        Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) license in Nebraska (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)

·        Associates Degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred

·        5+ years of progressive land surveying experience, including project leadership

·        Strong knowledge of boundary law, survey principles, and industry standards (ALTA/NSPS, etc.)

·        Proficiency with survey software (e.g., Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar)

·        Experience with GPS, robotic total stations, and data collection technology. Drone experience a plus.

·        Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
