The 3D Production role is responsible for creating and rendering high-quality 3D visualizations and models based on client specifications. This role supports the production team across all programs by transforming conceptual ideas into compelling, realistic 3D assets that align with project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication & Intake
    • Serve as the primary contact for gathering project details, including client name, contact information, project purpose, creative expectations, deadlines, and budget specific to the 3D portion.
  • Asset Sourcing & Preparation
    • Determine appropriate assets through direction or interpretation of client/project needs.
    • Source 3D assets using Lime Media Groupโ€™s pre-built library and reliable external sources:
      • Free: 3Dwarehouse.com, freecad.com, grabcad.com
      • Paid: turbosquid.com, Hum3d.com, CGtrader.com
  • 3D Design Execution
    • Apply client artwork to models and make refinements to ensure proper alignment and aesthetics.
    • Produce renders in 1080p or 4K quality, adhering to project requirements and resolution standards.
  • Approval Process
    • Submit renders to the Production Director for initial review.
    • Implement internal and client feedback into revised versions and ensure timely delivery for approvals.
  • Additional Support
    • Perform other design, render, or production tasks as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications

  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Proficiency in Blender, Rhino3D, or similar 3D software.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to interface directly with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.

Work Schedule

  • Standard Hours: Mondayโ€“Friday; 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM CT
  • Additional Hours: May include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on project demands and client timelines.
