Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence
  • Observe resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety recommendations
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians to support quality resident outcomes
