Urologic Oncology Physician
$375K-$410K + $50K Bonus | Robotics | Cancer Program
Albany, New York
365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified Urologic Oncology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Albany, New York.
Join a high-volume, multidisciplinary cancer program with advanced robotic technology, strong surgical support, and a dedicated focus on complex bladder cancer and oncologic urology.
Position Snapshot
  • Base Salary: $375,000 - $410,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
  • Schedule: Daytime clinical and surgical schedule (approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Practice Environment
  • High-volume urologic oncology program
  • Focus on complex bladder cancer and advanced surgical care
  • Access to Da Vinci Xi and DV5 robotic systems
  • Dedicated OR block time
  • In-house PAs for inpatient care and OR first assist
  • Epic EMR
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer program across multiple sites
This is a specialized, procedure-driven role within a growing oncology service line.
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Manage complex urologic oncology cases including:
    • Bladder cancer (muscle-invasive and advanced disease)
  • Perform:
    • Radical cystectomy
    • Urinary diversion procedures
    • Robotic-assisted oncologic surgeries
  • Provide consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with oncology, surgical, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
Qualifications
  • Board Certified in Urology (required)
  • Fellowship training or significant experience in Urologic Oncology
  • Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA certification
  • Advanced robotic surgery experience preferred
  • Clean malpractice and license history
