Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Paralegal, you will hit the ground running, managing complex matters from intake through final decree. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting complex pleadings and discovery documents.
  • Managing extensive financial discovery, including tracing separate property funds and investment account analysis.
  • Systematically preparing attorneys for contested evidentiary hearings and final trials by creating trial binders, witness lists, and exhibit summaries.
  • Coordinating with forensic accountants, appraisers, and other expert witnesses.
  • Providing expert strategies and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
What you will bring to the role:
  • A minimum of 7+ years of family law experience in Texas; 10+ years of experience is most preferred.  A paralegal board certification is a strong plus.
  • You will have an Associate's degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor's degree in a related field. In lieu of education, we will accept 10+ years of exact experience in TX.
  • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding MS Office and or Google Suite applications.
  • Proficiency on Clio and TxDoc OR similar software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and positive communicator.
