Being a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is about so much more than completing a list of tasks. Our caregivers have the opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in someone's life every single day.

You may be the reason a client can continue living safely in the home they love. You may be the person who brings conversation and laughter into an otherwise quiet home. We aren't simply looking for someone to complete a shift; we are looking for a caregiver who understands the impact of showing up, being present, and genuinely caring about the person in front of them. The meals you prepare, the conversations you have, the assistance you provide, and the relationships you build may seem like small moments, but to our clients, those moments can mean everything.

  • Safe Work Environment – Every client's home is personally visited and approved before placement.

  • Mentor-Based Onboarding – New to caregiving? We’ll pair you with an experienced caregiver to help you feel confident from day one.

  • Flexible Scheduling – Work when and where you want.

  • Higher Pay for Specialized Skills – Your experience and training matter.

  • Instant Pay with TapCheck – Access your earnings before payday.

  • Anniversary Bonuses – We celebrate your milestones with us each year.

  • Free Ongoing Training – Continue to grow your professional skills.

  • Drive Stipends – Client travel stipends are 100% yours.

  • Weekend On-Call Opportunities – Earn $400 per weekend plus hourly pay for covered assignments.

  • Emergency Pay Advances – We’re here when life happens.

  • Referral Bonuses – Earn extra for caregiver and client referrals.

  • Growth Opportunities – We promote from within across our Central IL offices.

  • Paid Leave – Earn up to 40 hours of paid leave each year.
