Play a key role in supporting compliance and safety efforts that help our teams deliver exceptional care to the communities we serve.

As a Compliance Specialist, you'll help ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our organization's compliance and health and safety programs. This position supports a culture of accountability and excellence through auditing, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to turn data into insight will directly contribute to maintaining quality and safety across all programs. This is a remote position open to Missouri Residents only.

  • Conduct audits and compliance reviews, including 340B and GPS program monitoring, to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Develop and analyze compliance data and reports, providing trend summaries and insights for leadership.
  • Maintain and update compliance education materials, documentation, and communication tools.
  • Support department outreach and engagement, including management of SharePoint resources and the Compliance Help Desk.
  • Assist with Health and Safety reporting, committee coordination, and documentation.
  • Participate in on-site compliance visits and departmental monitoring.
  • Provide administrative and project-based support to the Compliance Department as needed.
  Associate's degree in computer applications or related field required
  Bachelor's degree in computer applications or related field preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health's EHRs preferred
Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills preferred
