Seeking a OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services at Courtyard Plaza in North Miami Beach, FL 33179 to provide treatment in an assisted living community : Make your own schedule.

$110/Evaluation + 2 units of treatment time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
  • Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
  • Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy,
  • Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
  • Actively Licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist.

Job Type: *PRN*


Compensation: $110/eval/ $14 per unit

Hospice visit rates: $120/eval and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units)
