    Job Type: Part-time | Monday-Friday | 7:00-2:00 or 2:00 PM-6:00 PM Position Summary:
    We are seeking a flexible and dependable Floater to support our classrooms and teaching teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, loves working with young children, and wants to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven organization.
    • Assist teachers in classrooms with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
    • Help implement daily routines, activities, and supervision
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
    • Build positive relationships with staff, children, and families
    • Step into various teaching and clerical roles throughout the center as needed
    Requirements:
    • At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
    • CDA or some college highly preferred
    • Experience in a licensed childcare facility
