Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for conversion)
About the Role
We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst & Developer to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This hybrid role combines business analysis and hands-on software development, giving you the opportunity to gather requirements, build prototypes, automate processes, and deliver innovative solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts
  • Build applications, workflows, and automations using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and process digitization
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
  • Support integrations with enterprise systems, including ERP platforms
  • Utilize APIs, including AI-powered APIs, to enhance applications and workflows
  • Participate in Agile development processes and Azure DevOps environments
Required Qualifications
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Hands-on development experience with JavaScript
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations
