Dietary Aide Position | Part-Time | 24 Hours/Week

Fairmount Homes in Ephrata is seeking a Dining Server to join our Dining Services team! As a Dining Server, you’ll enjoy a supportive team environment while helping to care for residents in our Skilled Nursing and Personal Care areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the food service field—our Dining Servers gain experience in meal service and also have the chance to learn basic cooking skills from our Wheat Ridge kitchen team.

Position: Dining Server (24 hours/week)
Hours: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 11 a.m.–7 p.m., including every other weekend and holiday rotation
Starting Pay: $18.30–$19.80 per hour (+$1.00 evenings, +$1.25 weekends)

  • Check, record, and report refrigerator/freezer temperatures in service kitchens

  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all work areas

  • Partner with nursing staff to serve meals in Healthcare and Personal Care

  • Assist cooks with cold food preparation and portioning

  • Stock service kitchens with food, supplements, and supplies between meals

  • Help with dishwashing and cleanup after meals

  • Assist with receiving and inventory as needed

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team
