We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Baristas who will serve as the face of Piñon Coffee House and help us create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
⭐ What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a “customer-first” mentality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Craft drinks with consistency and quality by following our established recipes and procedures.
  • Present food and beverages with pride, representing our commitment to quality and honesty.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized café environment.
  • Accurately perform Point-of-Sale transactions and cash handling procedures.
  • Share knowledge of sales promotions and new products with customers.
  • Work alongside a positive, supportive team that values growth and community.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.
