Pay Range: $29.10 - $30.52 per hour + 7% shift differential

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support manufacturing operations through installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. This role works independently with minimal supervision and plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform emergency repairs
  • Install and maintain motors, transformers, control panels, breakers, switches, PLCs, and wiring
  • Perform electrical work on production equipment such as presses, conveyors, molding machines, and printing systems
  • Install conduit and electrical infrastructure as needed
  • Maintain plant lighting, paging systems, time clocks, batteries, chargers, and forklifts
  • Monitor workplace safety and comply with all electrical and plant safety standards
  • Maintain electrical parts and supplies inventory and report material needs
  • Perform work inside and outside the facility, including ladder climbing and handling heavy tools
