Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays Hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PMapprox. Pay: $17.40 hour

Job description

This position is responsible for operating the flat pack machine, and will set up the program, calibrating, and adjusting the machine parameters to produce the desired weights, cuts, and portions.

The machine operator will perform regular checks on the resulting meat and portions to determine the machine performance and adjust the machine accordingly to produce product to specifications.

The Flat pack Machine operator will ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.

The Flat Pack Machine operator will be notifying the supervisor if machinery should require maintenance, all while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
  • Applicants from the following counties in Arkansas will be considered - Benton, Washington, and Madison.
  • Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there's a 180-day waiting period.
  • Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
