Job description

US Engine Value is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to manage multiple departments overseeing production of quality parts, making production plans, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Job Details: 
  • The ideal candidate for this position will identify and correct quality problems, coordinate with the Master Scheduler to efficiently manage daily work for each machine to ensure production flow.
  • Assign Maintenance Technicians on a priority basis.
  • Provide daily direction, communicate with leadership across shifts, monitor attendance and vacation, advise, direct, coach, and lead team members. 
  • The 2nd Shift Supervisor will compile downtime reports, ensure quality parts, perform preventative maintenance, train operators, monitor production, and lead 5S activities.
