Reports to: Production Manager  Cooperates with: Operations/Production, Procurement, Engineering, Human Resources Located: Houston, TX Primary Responsibility: The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the team of 2nd shift employees and ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of products, parts, or components. Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Help ensure employees safely conduct themselves and safety measures are being complied with.Supervise and lead a team of employees during the second shift. Facilitate daily team startup meetings and safety meetings.
