What You’ll Do

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging animations and video motion graphics that help communicate the brand and amplify marketing campaigns in our digital channels. Work closely with designers, social media team and web team to transform static designs into dynamic content that drives engagement. Maintain a strong understanding of 2D animation, kinetic typography and illustration. Utilize Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard software to bring ideas to life.

Core Contributions

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce original motion graphics and animated content, independently developing visual concepts and storytelling approaches that communicate the brand and elevate marketing initiatives across digital platforms including social media, websites, and video.
  • Work independently and with other designers in a collaborative setting to execute cohesive visual experiences for ongoing Marketing initiatives that align with brand guidelines and support organizational goals.
  • Create short form videos and maintain library of content for in-branch advertisements to ensure all are compliant and aligned with current marketing priorities.
  • Interpret, apply, and evolve brand standards, ensuring consistency while introducing new creative approaches that enhance the brand’s visual identity across business units and third-party relationships.
  • Provide creative direction for video and social content, guiding visual storytelling, motion design, and audio-visual integration to produce engaging, high-impact digital experiences.
  • Work with video production vendors as needed to provide art direction and graphics that represent the visuals and tone of the brand consistently.
  • Support internal brand communications needs through the creation of video presentations, podcasts and other dynamic content, as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies and maintain attention to detail and quality control through all designs and productions.

Assets You Will Bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 5-8 years in graphic design, motion graphics, video production, video editing, illustration or related area.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator and other industry standard software.

  • Motion graphics and video production/editing skills are required.

The estimated salary range is $74,721.00 to $89,666.00.
