Job Description:

Skilled manual work in the operation of specialized and heavy equipment and other public works vehicles and in performing construction, internment, and maintenance activities; all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma and three years experience in public works construction and maintenance activities including the operation of heavy and specialized equipment; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

CDL Class A unrestricted drivers license required.

Massachusetts Class 2A, 1C and 4G Hoisting Licenses.

Additional Qualifications:

Working knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques. Responsible for observing required safety precautions. Knowledge of cemetery layout and lot locations.

Ability to perform heavy manual labor under varying weather conditions. Ability to locate plots on cemetery maps using electric locating devices, probes and measuring devices.

Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining all types of special and heavy equipment and trucks.

$2,462.47 bi-weekly, plus benefits:
