Make a Difference as a School-Based Therapist


North Homes Children & Family Services is seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) to provide individual, group, and family therapy within Walker Schools. This is a meaningful opportunity to support youth and families while working in a collaborative, school-based environment.

Compensation

This position includes a guaranteed hourly base rate plus productivity-based earnings:

  • Base Pay: $14.50 per hour (paid for all hours worked)
  • Productivity Pay: $30.00 per billable “hit”

Employees are expected to meet a minimum productivity target of 28 hits per week.

At full-time status (40 hours/week), employees who meet this standard productivity expectation typically earn:

  • Base Pay: Approximately $1,160 per pay period
  • Productivity Pay: Approximately $1,680 per pay period

Additional Information:

  • Productivity pay is based on completed, billable services
  • Total compensation will vary based on actual productivity and hours worked
  • Opportunities exist to earn more by exceeding productivity expectations

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual and group therapy in a school-based setting
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Conduct annual comprehensive mental health evaluations
  • Provide crisis intervention support as needed
  • Complete documentation in compliance with state, payer, and agency standards
  • Engage in ongoing training, CEU opportunities, and staff development
Requirements:
