The Receptionist is responsible for the connection of every customer to the destination they need within our dealerships. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, team driven professional to join our team!

Schedule for 20-25 hour/week part-time receptionist position:

  • If scheduled Monday-Friday shift (3pm-8pm)
  • Saturdays are mandatory - Run 2 shifts (8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm)
  • 2 Sundays a month are mandatory (10am-7pm)

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Provide customer service/hospitality as the first point of contact for all customers 
  • Identify client needs and route the phone calls or in person requests to the correct department
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Phone experience preferred but not required
