This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, delivering timely information, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and enter order information into the warehouse management system.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with shipment status updates.
  • Process customer billing and invoicing accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipment discrepancies, and service-related issues.
  • Coordinate with steamship lines, carriers, and customers regarding freight availability and release dates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipment activity.
  • Utilize internal systems and software to research issues and facilitate problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, transportation teams, and customers to ensure excellent service and on-time order fulfillment.
