Customer Service Specialist

up to $23/hour.
Customer Service Specialist responsibilities:
- answer inbound telephone calls; address customer inquiries regarding products, troubleshooting issues and shipping issues
- respond to customer emails in a timely manner
- provide support to the Sales department
- process customer orders
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service Specialist requirements:
- 1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Care experience in a fast paced call center setting
- experience working with Word, Excel and Outlook applications required along with knowledge of CRM systems
- High School Diploma/ GED required; college degree is preferred
- proficiency with SAP or another ERP System is a must
- excellent communication and customer rapport
- strong time management skills
