Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Data and Analytics to drive strategic, high-impact projects by leveraging advanced data analysis. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to define analytical frameworks and uncovering insights to guide decision-making. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, turning data into strategic assets and influencing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate discovery and define requirements for complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Partner with senior leaders to set KPIs, success metrics, and analytical frameworks.
  • Conduct advanced data analyses on large datasets to drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop and manage executive-level reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Translate business queries into analytical, functional, and technical specifications.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
