The Duberger Manor is a retirement home with 245 units for independent seniors or those with mild loss of autonomy. We also have a care unit with 17 studios and apartments for residents who require more care. Respect, teamwork, and commitment are the company's values. They guide our actions and our daily human resources management. We are currently looking for a part-time evening receptionist. The position: The position is 35 hours/pay period (2 weeks). From 4pm to 9pm The requirements: A service-oriented mindset and comfort interacting with elderly clients. Nice presentation RCR (recruitment required) Comfortable with basic software The tasks: You will be posted at reception until 8pm at: Welcoming residents' families and visitors Answering the phone and directing calls Operate the petty cash register Performing various administrative tasks (layout, photocopying, etc.) Disinfect the handrails Perform various light housekeeping tasks Working hours: From 4pm to 9pm Including every other weekend.
