What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform tack welds and basic welds according to blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, appearance, and structural integrity
  • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and part numbers
  • Assist with setting up, adjusting, and maintaining welding equipment
  • Select and use the appropriate fixtures, tools, and welding consumables
  • Follow all welding safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
  • Apply basic welding concepts including square, flat, and plumb
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervision

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure every product leaving our facility meets the high standards our customers expect.

What We're Looking For
  • Basic welding experience or completion of a technical welding program preferred
  • Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols
  • Strong desire to learn, improve, and grow within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
