We are seeking a Training Ambassador to support new hires as they begin their careers with our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees during onboarding, training, and certification, helping them gain confidence and become successful in their roles.

As a liaison between Production and Employee Services (ES), the Training Ambassador provides guidance, answers questions, helps resolve concerns, and supports positive outcomes through effective problem-solving and de-escalation. This role plays a key part in employee engagement, development, and retention by ensuring new hires feel supported, informed, and connected from day one.
