Job description

PepsiCo is seeking Warehouse Workers to work in distribution centers loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving beverage products for delivery routes. Warehouse Workers are responsible for building pallets, picking orders, loading delivery trucks, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, shift differential pay for overnight shifts, weekend pay, and performance or attendance bonuses depending on shift and location. Both full-time and part-time positions are commonly available, with part-time shifts often available in the evening or overnight and full-time schedules typically offering consistent weekly hours.
