What You'll Do
Lead Production Operations
  • Coordinate daily workflow, workstations, and schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrate and perform production tasks while serving as a role model for workplace professionalism and teamwork.
  • Read and interpret job orders, specifications, shipping/receiving documentation, and production records.
  • Process required production, shipping, and receiving paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Monitor quality standards by inspecting materials, verifying counts, and ensuring accuracy.
Coach and Develop Team Members
  • Train and support individuals with disabilities in job skills, work habits, and workplace expectations.
  • Collaborate with service coordinators to help individuals achieve vocational and behavioral goals.
