Why You'll Like This Opportunity
  • $18.00–$22.00 per hour
  • 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities
  • Interesting blend of hands-on production and computer-based work
  • Opportunity to develop technical manufacturing skills
  • Smaller, collaborative team environment
  • Established Connecticut manufacturer
  • Stable, long-term opportunity
What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production processes
  • Use computers and electronic devices to support manufacturing operations
  • Perform quality checks and document production information
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor equipment performance and communicate any issues
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
What We're Looking For
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Comfortable working with computers and technology
  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Understanding of quality control processes
  • Chemistry or laboratory experience is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Whether you have manufacturing experience, machine operating experience, or simply a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and discover a manufacturing opportunity that offers variety, technical learning, and the chance to build valuable new skills.
