Americhem is hiring a 1st Shift Machine Operator at our Liberty, North Carolina manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate equipment, monitor production, complete basic machine setups, and help produce high-quality plastic compounds and color concentrates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment. 
  • Make simple adjustments to help keep production running smoothly. 
  • Assist with machine setup and changeovers. 
  • Check products to ensure they meet quality standards.
