Job Title: 911 Systems Consultant and Technical Resource
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19111 (Hybrid)

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and vendor management for 911 systems
  • Confer with stakeholders to determine computing and information management needs; set priorities for 911 technology projects
  • Develop plans to analyze and upgrade existing systems; direct installation and validation of new hardware and software
  • Participate in RFP, RFI, proposal and contract reviews; manage vendor SLA compliance and approve deliverables
  • Oversee all testing and deployment activities for 911 system enhancements
  • Forecast infrastructure, equipment costs, and IT personnel needs for 911 operations
  • Assist with hardware and software deployment of 911-related computer equipment
  • Participate in after-hours major incident problem resolution on an on-call basis
