We are seeking a nurturing and reliable Infant Assistant Teacher to support the care and development of children ages 6 weeks to 12 months. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily routines and activities
  • Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting infants
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
  • Support age-appropriate developmental activities (sensory play, tummy time, etc.)
  • Observe and respond to each childs individual needs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and families
  • Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
Qualifications:
