Emergency One has been providing Urgent Care Services in the Hudson Valley since 1995. We started in Kingston and have grown with 3 more locations in Hyde Park, New Windsor and Poughkeepsie.
Quick Facts:
  • Position involves day, evening, and weekend hours.
  • 401K with employer contribution, Health, Vision and Dental and Group Term Life Insurance.
  • Closed on major holidays and generous paid time off.
  • Part-Time, $17 per hour.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience, preferably in a health care setting is preferred, but not required. On the job training is offered. We encourage those with customer service skills, ability to multitask, attention to details and strong communication skills to apply.
Requirements
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Greeting patients, getting demographic and insurance information from patient.
  2. Entry of demographic/insurance information into the computer system.
  3. Collecting payments and posting into computer system.
  4. Answering phones and scheduling
  5. Filing/Scanning
  6. Faxing records as needed
  7. All other duties as assigned.
