Location: The Learning Experience – Williamsburg, VA
Pay: $16 – $19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. We seek a passionate, dedicated, Experienced Toddler/ Two Year Old Teacher to join our team. (Preferably with potty training experience. )
What You’ll Do:

  • Foster a loving and safe classroom where toddlers (ages 1–2 years) can explore, learn, and grow.
  • Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support physical, social, and cognitive milestones.
  • Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early language, motor skills, and curiosity.
  • Maintain strong communication with families through daily reports and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a fun, organized, and positive classroom experience.
