Pay: $16/hour
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Schedule: Full-time
We are seeking a professional, dependable individual to serve as the first point of contact for a busy law firm. This position will provide front-desk support while also assisting with data entry and general administrative tasks.
Job Duties:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Enter and maintain information accurately in computer systems
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document organization
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain confidentiality when handling client and legal information
Provide general support to the law firm staff as needed
