• Provide individualized clinical services tailored to each client's unique needs, developing and implementing person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Continuously assess clients' treatment requirements and provide ongoing support by monitoring their progress.
• Collaborate with clients to create, implement, and evaluate individualized service plans that focus on their personal goals and coping strategies.
• Facilitate the development of essential life skills, including problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to these vital services.

Our clients primarily consist of adults who may struggle with a variety of mental health issues. The counselor's role is to empower them by promoting greater awareness, coping mechanisms, and strategies for achieving stability in their personal and social lives. This involves not only addressing immediate mental health concerns but also helping clients navigate broader challenges they may encounter in daily living.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a valid and current state license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential for this role.
• Ability to practice independently, ensuring compliance with professional standards without the need for supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showing empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Proficiency with computer systems and telehealth platforms.

• Experience in providing direct clinical services to adults in a therapeutic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effective treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with community resources that aid in holistic client care.
