  • Length of contract: 90 days, with option to extend
  • Schedule: Tue – Friday
  • Hours: 8 am – 4 pm
  • Patient Ages: All ages, primarily adults
  • Procedures: Bread and Butter – Crown, Bridge, Fillings, Wisdom Extraction, Root Canal, etc..
