We are seeking an experienced 12V Electrical Installer to join our growing team!


Essential Job Functions and Duties

  • Installation of strobe lights, power inverters, dome lights and other auxiliary aftermarket products
  • Read individual work order and assemble all product prior to install
  • Track, order and maintain all supplemental electrical parts and equipment
  • Ensure product meets quality requirements
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work bay
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality control production standards
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Vocational school a plus
  • Previous electrical and mechanical experience or completion of an accredited trade/technical school preferred
  • One (1) year of 12V electrical automotive wiring experience required
  • Strong background in electrical trouble shooting preferred
  • Previous work experience using hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal and submit to a motor vehicle background check
  • ASE Certified (or in-process) preferred
  • Welding experience is a plus

Skills:

  • Soldering experience required
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to use hand, power and pneumatic tools as required
  • Ability to follow diagram, written and verbal instruction
  • Ability to work with others and possess good communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

  • Able to function capably in a production environment; working around moving vehicles, assembly and installation bays
  • Frequently lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, leaning, etc. on a daily basis
  • Ability to work in a loud environment
  • Participate in required company safety and training programs and PPE guidelines.
