About the Role:
New fast growing plumbing company based out of Orange County, CA, specializing in commercial, residential, and hospital service. Looking for experienced foreman.  Seeking motivated, problem solving, organized foreman to be flexible and willing to run jobs in multiple fields. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company from its early stages and to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial and hospital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plumbing codes.
  • Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbing staff.
  • Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues on-site.
  • Use all plumbing related equipment, pro press, solder, drain cleaning, camera and line locator.
  • Use all plumbing related material, copper, cast iron, abs, iron pipe, trac pipe etc.
  • Work with water, gas, waste, vent, pumps, steam etc.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in plumbing with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Basic computer skills, emails, time sheets etc.
  • Bi-lingual a plus but not a necessity.
